Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg-Automation-Systems 4D95335G01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Afag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brother parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aeg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Afag such as the LM2090 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B5211382B5211382AICAAM1AICAAM1 manufactured by Brother and we are pleased to be able to service most Brother systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASS985802 by Manufacturer Aeg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aei Brand 30HG2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Agastat such as 7012ACLI2 equipment made by Agastat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Agastat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Agastat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AIDC126001 made by Aidc as well as the popular BMS60 original spares produced by Aerotech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMS100AD25E1000HBMS100UFAServoMotor by Aerotech and 7012ACLI2 spares by Agastat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
